In the event of suspension due to confirmed fraud, 77jgs reserves the right to retain all balances held in the account. In the event of suspension for other reasons, the available real-money balance will be returned to the user following a review.
Any user may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support via live chat or email. Any available real-money balance will be returned via Pix once the request is processed, minus any active bonuses that have not met the rollover requirement. Closure is irreversible — to use the platform again, a new account will need to be created.
